Google Shopping: indispensability is a two way street
The Google Shopping ECJ judgment is out today, bringing to a close a 20 year antitrust saga that has been consequential to say the least.
Entire PhDs of legal prose will be consumed by its implications and the long legal battle that led to today’s decision. Not to mention entire careers dedicated to the Digital Markets Act regime which it played a crucial part in calling forth. But who has time for all that!
